Banana Berry Smoothie
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1 Tbsp mint, chopped (optional)
Pour almond milk into blender, then add the Greek yogurt and the fruits and mint.
Makes 2 servings.
